About Us

UTIP Technologies Ltd was founded in 2006 when we got an idea to create a unique Forex trading platform that would perform the existing analogues and be as easy-to-use as possible for both brokers and traders.

The first UTIP platform version

Initially five people worked on the platform. Eventually, in 2008 we released the first functioning version of the UTIP platform. Forex brokerages and companies, working under the White Label, were chosen as the target audience. The platform itself became a perfect chance for a cost-effective start of one’s own brokerage. It resulted in setting up a set of companies mainly across Russia and the CIS.

Extra modules and services

The next step in the development of UTIP was an expansion of the platform’s infrastructure. New services and extra modules for brokers started to appear. We started to provide a Free Trader’s Room in the platform package. It had all basic functions and integrated PSPs.

Forex Company creation services

Later, UTIP started providing consulting services on creating new Forex companies and offering website-developing services to Forex brokers. Clients received a comprehensive solution. It became possible to develop the business up to the maximum profit and at the same time work with only one firm.

Major Forex exhibitions participation

The company launched an active international marketing strategy in 2015. The main focus was placed on Europe and Asia. Brokerages in Bulgaria, Poland, India and Indonesia started to open under the UTIP platform. UTIP marked itself on the world's largest exhibitions iFX EXPO Asia 2016 in Hong Kong and iFX EXPO International 2016 in Cyprus. From that moment, we began the development of partnerships with major media. The leading media project on Forex Finance Magnates was among them.

More than 200 clients all over the world and 70 employees

Nowadays 70 highly qualified specialists work in the UTIP team. 200 brokerages have been opened all over the world and our product line lists 10 products and services.

History by years

  • Development process launch

    A small team of young and talented developers started the project of a new trading platform. The development of a highly convenient terminal with a friendly interface, attractive design and extended technical analysis was set as the main objective

  • The first client

    The UTIP Trading platform was presented to Forex brokers. Representatives of forex brokers started to take interest in the platform as it was quite a favorable offer to start a personal business instead of working under another company’s brand. The first client of our company was from Mongolia, and they continue their work today

  • UTIP Start

    The UTIP Start terminal was released specifically for beginners. It helped many traders make their first transactions and get their first profit on Forex. The main features of the terminal are an intuitive, friendly interface and a quick trade function in one click.

  • UTIP Trader’s Room

    UTIP Technologies Ltd released the Trader’s Room. The new product was designed to facilitate money depositing and withdrawal, trading history review, work with queries, etc. The Trader’s Room was now provided with the platform package, so that all new clients could largely save on the development of their own solution.

  • New support center launch

    The new UTIP support center was launched to improve the quality of client support and accelerate the average ticket processing time. Clients got an opportunity to control the quality of technical support specialists’ work and send feedback to suggest further software development.

  • Pro Investor – Social Trading

    We launched a unique product, a trust management and social trading service – Pro Investor. The product was in great demand both among existing and new brokers and gained great popularity. A combination of PAMM and master accounts is the main feature of Pro Investor. According to our calculations, this service helped to increase brokers’ profits by 2 to 3 times. A couple of brokers have increased their profits by as much as 4 times.

  • NAFD joining

    UTIP Technologies Ltd joined the National Association of Forex Dealers (NAFD) and became the first and only software developer to be included in the list of NAFD participants.

  • FRA joining

    UTIP Technologies Ltd joined the Financial Regulation Agency. The head of the Department of Technical Support, Sergey Tokarev, became a member of the Arbitration Committee.

  • The best trading platform

    The UTIP platform got a prestigious award “Best trading platforms” in FOREX EXPO international exhibition in Moscow.

  • New awards

    The products of UTIP Technologies Ltd kept being recognized by the public. UTIP Web Trader received the Best Web Trading Terminal 2014 award.

  • We are in App Store and Google play

    Web developers announced mobile apps for iOS and Android. Classic Forex instruments became available in the app. Traders got an opportunity to trade on the UTIP platform from any device.

  • UTIP CRM

    An enhanced version 2.0 of the sales management system became available for brokers with the UTIP and MT4 platforms. It included more information on each client, a well-developed hierarchy of employees and up-to-date design.

  • Exhibitions in Hong Kong and Cyprus

    The UTIP team took part in major world Forex exhibitions: iFX EXPO Asia 2015 in Hong Kong and iFX EXPO International 2016 in Cyprus. Thanks to this, new partnerships with major Forex mass media were established and we gained first clients from India and Israel.

  • Entry to the Chinese market

    The Department of Chinese-Speaking Employees was established in the company. This enabled us to both sell products in China and provide timely technical support. All products and the company’s website were translated into Chinese.

  • UTIP Mobile

    The Trader’s Room for mobile devices was released. Any trader who used the broker’s website on a smartphone could quickly open a live account or make a deposit with a convenient and adapted interface.

  • The best PSPs

    Three payment systems were integrated in the Trader’s Room: OrangePay, PayBoutique and Cauri. These are the best payment systems for Forex brokers: minimum fees, cooperation with brokers from any jurisdictions and they do not require a Forex license.

  • Economic calendar

    A new economic calendar web service for traders was developed where news from 27 countries were published in real time. Each broker now can install a calendar into their website for free, thereby increasing the loyalty of traders to their company.

  • UTIP MacTrader

    A trading terminal for Mac OS was launched. From then onwards, traders could work with the terminal without Windows emulators. The data were shown in the terminal faster and the charts were now drawn immediately.

  • UTIP Trader’s Room

    UTIP Trader’s Room has been updated with an appealing design and advanced interface. Simple registration, customer payments systems for depositing, ample of new functions and other features already available for traders.

  • New payment systems

    New payment systems with minimal commissions were added: VoguePay, Zotapay, RBK money, PayAnyWay, MegaTransfer, Impaya.

  • Our 200th client signed in

    In December 2018, our 200th client purchased the UTIP Forex-platform.

  • UTIP Mobile

    Depositing without going to the UTIP Trader’s Room is now available in the UTIP Mobile “My Trading”.

  • The UTIP CRM

    The access-to-system functionality has been revised. The role system along with a creating/ editing function has been added.

  • UTIP Trader’s Room

    Support custom registration pages

  • The UTIP Admin

    Integrating required payment systems for withdrawal option has been added. The administrator is now able to add an unlimited number of payment systems for withdrawal.

  • The UTIP CRM

    Additional broker’s data security functionality has been designed: partial and full bans on viewing and editing information, as well as certain IP -addresses restriction.

  • The UTIP Trade Server

    A new mechanism has been implemented to protect the connection through proxy.

  • UTIP Mobile

    MarketCheese analytical resource has been integrated. Economic calendar has been also added.

  • Partnership

    We started releasing the digest on payment solutions for the clients of our company. Moreover, we have done a presentation on «Legal services for brokers» at Dubai Forex EXPO 2021.

  • UTIP Trader’s Room

    Analytics section with MarketCheese widgets has been added for tracking recent updates on Forex market.

  • The UTIP CRM

    The UTIP CRM has been updated with a Postback functionality aimed at sending system events to external addresses, as well as switching the CRM system into the React, a new technological stack.

  • UTIP Webtrader 2.0

    A new trading terminal with updated interface, analytical functions and built-in MarketCheese analytical service has been launched.

  • Desktop Trader

    A new solution - Algotrading. We have launched a new functionality for trading. This solution is geared to develop third party trading robots, run and operate them in the UTIP Desktop.

  • UTIP Mobile

    MarketCheese analytical service integration is underway. Forecasts module has been added.

  • UTIP Trader’s Room

    A new look and feel – updated pages have a modern design in a light style and improved UX.

  • The UTIP CRM

    Accounts section has been added for making a complex work with traders’ accounts in one place, bypassing the UTIP Admin and UTIP Manager.

  • Partnership

    We started releasing the digest on LeadGeneration and related topics for the clients and partners of our company.

    Moreover, we have done a presentation on «Legal services for brokers» at Dubai iFX EXPO 2022.

    We have launched 3 information Telegram-channels for clients and partners of the company.

    Participation in iFX Expo Asia 2022 in Bangkok with the presentation of a new affiliate program from UTIP.

  • CRM

    We have implemented a specific functionality to effortlessly connect to lead generation platforms.

    More than 20 lead generators have already been integrated into the UTIP CRM. The major aggregator, Trackbox, is one of our respected partners.

  • Partnership department

    A digest on legal services has been launched.

    Over 25 new payment solutions and 5 advanced lead generation services have been introduced for the UTIP clients.

    Forecasts and Economic Calendar from the MarketCheese service have been successfully integrated into the trading terminal.

    The dark mode has been added to the system.

  • UTIP Mobile

    By incorporating a single menu for the UTIP Mobile Trader's Room, the process of switching between applications has been streamlined. Therefore, the number of unsuccessful deposit attempts is now reduced, and the conversion rate of traders is increased.
