In the latest version of UTIP CRM 3.21.0, we have introduced a brand-new «History» section, enabling you to easily track all client changes in one centralized location. What’s even better, UTIP Mobile Trader’s Room 1.26.0 has been updated to include a seamless, one-tap switch to mobile trading via Universal Markets (for iOS) and Universal Trading (for Android) apps.

UTIP CRM: general «History» module

Our CRM system has been enhanced with a new «History» section that displays all changes made by clients, including what was modified and when. Up until now, these amendments were only seen on client cards; but so far they are all listed together!

In addition to streamlining control, this has increased transparency and reduced the time spent on event analysis by eliminating the need to manually open each client card.

UTIP Mobile Trader’s Room: one-tap switch to the mobile app

We’ve also enabled seamless switching from UTIP Mobile Trader’s Room to Universal Markets (iOS) and Universal Trading (Android). The transition to these apps has become automatic, thus eliminating browser redirects, repeated login attempts, and other unnecessary steps.
