Keeping up with the update of UTIP CRM 3.23.0: transfer limits between trader’s accounts, automatic closure of tickets conditioned with no new messages left in, Verification tab in the client’s card, and new rights to handle tickets.
Transfer limits between trader’s accounts
CRM users are now able to set limits on transfers between trader’s accounts. Three working modes are available: automatic transfer, transfer with a manager’s confirmation, or a full limit. This optimizes all the financial flows and cuts off operational risks.

Automatic ticket closure
If there are no new messages related to the ticket within a set timeframe, CRM automatically closes it. The line of ticket closure is adjusted separately. This keeps the ticket queue up to date and reduces the load on employees and support teams.

Verification in the client’s card
The Verification tab has been added to the client’s card. It combines all the verification management tools.
Previously, these tools could be found in the main block. Now, they are in one spot. This makes handling the trader’s data simple and saves time while checking and confirming the trader’s identity.

Flexible access to tickets
The table of rights has been revamped accordingly. CRM users are able to set the rights separately to view, create, edit, and delete depending on the employee’s role. This differentiates access more precisely and improves control over ticket handling.
