The latest version of UTIP WebTrader 2.18.0 comes with a revamped «News» module, innovative relevance period and profit potential in market forecasts, and a brand new margin percentage (%) in the symbol information window for CFD calculation types. We’ve also made significant improvements to UX modules for you to scroll through the news, forecasts and calendar events.

Updated News module

The «News» module has been recently integrated into WebTrader, providing latest world news and key indicators linked to major economic events. With daily coverage of popular currency pairs, cryptos, metals, and energy commodities, market players can quickly keep track of their price movements and make well-informed trading decisions.

Economic release reports provide valuable insight into the asset’s actual value, prevailing trend, and its potential impact on related commodities.

Users can filter news by importance and symbol directly from the active chart. The filtering mechanism now works in a way that traders are familiar with from events and forecasts.

Added relevance period and profit potential to forecasts

The «Forecasts» module has been updated to include their relevance period and profit potential in pips, as projected by the author of the publication. This enhancement empowers users to better assess their importance and make more rational choices.

Extended margin percentage for CFD calculation type

Symbols that settle in CFDs now display the margin percentage (%) in their info windows. This is the amount reserved in your account to secure open positions. Therefore, traders can determine how much of their funds will be reserved before opening a position and make up a plan accordingly.

Revamped UX to view news, forecasts and calendar events

The «News» window has been redesigned for greater usability:

• The platform has eliminated interference with terminal operations, allowing you to trade and read at the same time.
• Window sizes and locations have been adjusted, and the system now remembers your preferences for future sessions.
• Links have been added within the news to access related forecasts and events.
• A history feature has been introduced, enabling you to revisit previous news items using the «Forward» and «Back» buttons.
