The latest version of UTIP Mobile, 1.54.0, features a “Support” module that gives traders an opportunity to directly address their questions to the broker and receive answers right in the mobile terminal.
Support module to keep in touch with a broker
We’ve rolled out a functionality that enables traders to contact their broker directly on any matter—trading, deposits, or verification—without leaving the app. Responses are delivered right within the terminal.
We’ve also added notifications for new messages. When a broker replies, a trader will see an unread message alert and can quickly return to the conversation.
Attachments to tickets
We’ve introduced an option to attach images and files to your tickets. With this feature, brokerage clients are able to clearly show issues, hence, a broker’s team will understand the root faster and work all things out in no time.
Ticket archive and search by history
All closed tickets are archived and available for view anytime. This allows both traders and brokers to get back to the dialog and promptly find out information on previous inquiries.
For convenience, we’ve added a search feature, so traders can easily navigate relevant topics and avoid repeating the same questions.

In the latest version of UTIP CRM 3.22.0, we have introduced a new feature to activate trader accounts directly within the system and enabled managers to multitask on several desks simultaneously.
Seamless trader activation within CRM
Simplify client onboarding with direct trader activation in the UTIP CRM. Now, your team can manually complete the process for customers who haven’t finished email registration — no separate switch to the Admin’s Room needed!
With all management taking place in a single window, your brokerage team enjoys greater convenience and faster operations.

Simple multi-desk management
Sales managers are no longer confined to a single CRM desk; they can now operate across multiple ones simultaneously!
Previously, assigning an employee to a single desk limited their ability to service clients from different segments. This new flexibility lets you spread out the workload and reorganize your team in a way that is better for everyone, leading to more efficient processes and lower operational costs.
As we roll out version 3.22.0, managers will retain access to their past desks. In addition, administrative staff will be empowered to assign extra ones to employees in order to meet evolving workflow demands.

UTIP WebTrader 2.21.0 features an updated report and hints on closed deals, as well as the event reporting period on the chart, and a leverage display implemented in the account selector.
Updated Report & Hints on Closed Deals
We’ve added snackbar notifications — they automatically appear in the following cases:
— When a position is closed due to the balance dropped below the Stop Out level.
— When a pending order is not executed due to insufficient funds at the time of placing.
Additionally, you can find detailed account information in the report when a position is closed or a pending order is rejected. In the “Type of closure” and “Type of execution” columns, a tooltip icon has been added — hover over it to see a detailed description.
The help section in the portfolio has been updated with the definition of Stop Out.
Event Reporting Period
Now, the reporting period is displayed for each event added to the chart.
If you hover over the corresponding event placed on the chart, its info line shows the reporting period (shown in brackets) for the published indicator.
Leverage Display
The Account Info icon is now available in the list of accounts. Hover over the icon, and the leverage is displayed for a trading account.
