Updates in WebTrader and Mobile Trader. April of 2020

WebTrader 1.16.0.0

In the April update, we have fixed several issues that occurred while working in the Mozilla Firefox browser on iOS devices. Also, it is now possible for authorized with email traders to be redirected to the Trader’s Room already authorized. And chart loading has been speeded up while starting the terminal for the first time. 

Going from the terminal to the Trader’s Room already authorized

Now traders do not need to additionally authorize in the Trader’s Room when going from the trading terminal — signing in occurs automatically. When traders authorize in the trading terminal via the “Login by email” form, they can see the “Trader’s Room” button on the main form. When they click on it, they will go directly to the Trader’s Room. Trader’s Room will open in the same browser tab. 

In order to return to the terminal, traders need to click on the “Trading terminal” button. 

Chart loading while starting the terminal for the first time 

We have revised and optimized the work with the quotes archive. This led to speeding up of chart loading when starting the terminal for the first time.

Mobile Trader 1.21.0.0

As in WebTrader, we have revised the logic of the work with quotes archive in the mobile terminal. Now when starting the mobile terminal for the first time and going to the “Chart” tab, the chart will load faster for the selected instrument.

Moreover, we have fixed a bug that resulted in bonus balance displaying in the reports when the option to show bonuses is turned off. 

In this update, Mobile Trader stability and performance for Apple mobile devices have been improved.

Client base protection in UTIP CRM 2.14.3.0

In UTIP CRM 2.14.3.0, it is now possible to hide contact information from users. Now you can protect your client base from unscrupulous managers. 

Contact Information Protection

Settings allow you to hide the phone, email, address and other customer contacts. At the same time, the manager can still contact the client simply by clicking on the “Call” button. The call will be made through the built-in VoIP. The phone number will remain hidden.

Telfin, Alitel and Binotel VoIP services are now integrated in UTIP CRM.

Hiding only selected fields

In CRM, you can hide not all the fields, but only selected ones. For example, only phone or only email. Instead, the user will see a lock icon.

Individual access rights

When client contact data protection is enabled, the ban is set for all CRM users at once. Access to information for an individual user can be opened through his card.

Binotel VoIP in UTIP CRM 2.14.1.2

Binotel VoIP plugin has been added to the UTIP CRM 2.14.1.2. By the means of it, you can call customers, save call records and manage the work of employees.

Call from CRM 

After activating the plugin in UTIP CRM, call-center managers can call clients by simply clicking on the phone number.

Control the work of employees

In CRM 2.14.1.2, the “By Calls” report is now available, which includes “By First Calls” and “By Employees” reports. In the "By First Calls" report, you can track how much time has passed from the moment of client registration to the first call from the manager. 

The "“By Employees” report contains call statistics and additional data for analyzing the performance of each company employee. 

Analyze customer conversations

All employee conversations with customers through the Binotel plugin are recorded. You can download and listen to the recording of any conversation at any time. This way you can check the quality of employees ' work, adjust call scripts, improve the work with objections or resolve a controversial situation.

To use the features of the Binotel plugin, you must sign a contract with the service provider, request and install the necessary software. After that, you can activate the plugin in UTIP CRM.
