Happy New Year 2020!

Dear friends!

We wish you a happy New Year! Let your life be full of bright events, success and achievements!

At the end of a year, it is a common practice to sum up the work over the current year and draw up new plans. This year we have worked hard and released a unique product - an updated UTIP Mobile terminal where traders can replenish their accounts.

We have also:

  • opened an office in Cyprus;
  • launched Market Cheese, an information and analytical platform;
  • presented our solutions at 2 major events - iFX EXPO in Limassol and London Summit 2019;
  • updated the design of the Mobile terminal and expanded the chart settings;
  • enhanced software security.

In 2020, we promise not to slow down and make our products better and more convenient for you and your customers!

See you in the new year!

Unified login to WebTrader 1.14.0.0 and Trader’s Room

The process of logging in the trading terminal has been improved and the integration with ACS (Account Server) has been set in WebTrader 1.14.0.0. Now all authorization processes take place on the ACS side, so the load on the trading server is reduced and it has become possible to connect to the terminal from different parts of the world.

The trader will also be able to instantly switch between the accounts without entering his login and password.

Registration and Login

The trader can register in the application by entering his email. He no longer needs to memorize his account numbers; it is enough to know the mail and account password. The data, which the trader has used to register in the terminal, can now be used to log in the Trader’s Room.

In WebTrader 1.14.0.0, the registration password in the terminal has become more complicated. The trader has to come up with a password of at least 8 characters using capital letters, numbers and symbols.

The broker can add any legal documents to the form. For a successful registration, the trader will need to confirm that he has read these documents and agrees with their contents.

Password recovery

The opportunity to recover a password has been added to WebTrader 1.14.0.0. If the trader has forgotten the current password, he can simply click on the “Forgot your password?” link under the login form. The link to restore access will be sent to his mail. This will allow the trader to save time and restore access to the terminal without contacting technical support.

One account - multiple accounts

You can attach several trading accounts to one account, which will be displayed in the “Account” menu. The trader can switch between the trading accounts from the list without re-authorization. When registering an account, two trading accounts are automatically created: demo and real.

List of brokers

If the trader logs in the trading terminal from a tablet, then after the authorization he will see a list of all brokers, not servers. What is more, a convenient and quick search is set in the list, which will allow you to easily find the right broker.
